Meet the Team
Lee Weilch and Bill Klauer founded Manifest Foundation after meeting at Rancho Los Amigos Inpatient Rehabilitation for Spinal Cord Injuries. After both suffered life-changing injuries, they saw an opportunity to give back to their communities and beyond.
There is a clear void of the message that we still can be great and gain acceptance of any disability, and it does not mean we are compromised. Together, we can build powerful minds.
As a grassroots non-profit, we understand that we must channel our energy and resources to give back to our communities. Our ultimate goal is to connect individuals through our application, but we also want to be on the ground floor to give our time to helping those individuals dealing with hardships locally why we forge ahead to create something bigger.
What We Are Working On
Our Founders witnessed firsthand that to overcome hardship, you not only need to hear from someone who has been through something similar but also to create your own narrative. Manifest Foundation hopes to be able to give the opportunity to connect those who are going through hardship and those who have been there to lessen the trauma of those hardships for both individuals.
